Dr. Evonne Baldauff
Senior Researcher

Dr. Baldauff is a senior researcher at Separation Design Group and an Assistant Professor of Chemistry at Waynesburg University where she teaches general and inorganic chemistry. Evonne received her PhD in Inorganic Chemistry from Purdue University in 2004. Her research at SDGroup focuses on the fabrication and functionalization of zeolitic materials. Prior to these efforts, she gained extensive research experience in the broad field of surface science, specifically the preparation and analysis of adsorptive solid inorganic materials and semiconductors for gas sensing applications. Throughout this work she was able to design innovative materials in sub-ppm gas concentrations and the manipulation of the collected data. This background knowledge is specifically applicable to the formation and testing of new techniques to elucidate and evaluate the behavior of adsorptive materials.
