Dr. David K. Walker
Senior Researcher

Dr. David K. Walker is a Senior Researcher at Separation Design Group. He received his Ph.D. in experimental physics, particularly experimental electicity, magnetism, and electrostatics, from West Virginia University in 1971.
Dr. Walker studied under world renowned physicist Dr. Oleg Jefmenko.
In the years that followed, he became involved in information technology and laboratory instrument design, including computer sensor interfacing, real-time data collection and analysis, and process control. Dr. Walker brings his knowledge of the field of electricity and electrostatics to the electro-kinetic aspects of the separations technology. He is also developing the computer, sensor, and process control interface for the portable medical oxygen concentrator. As an independent consultant, Dr. Walker has conducted projects in Africa for the U.S. State Department involving technology planning for long-distance education, electronic library, rural health clinics, and Internet infrastructure.
